Why vegetable oil?
The idea to use pure, natural vegetable oil (salad oil) as fuel for diesel engines is as old as the diesel enginge itself. Also Rudolf Diesel, who invented the diesel enginge over 100 years ago, ran his first enginges among others with vegetable oil.
In view of the matter of increasing fuel prices and under the aspect of ecology, the are more and more alternativ motor fuels like vegetable oil on the market. They are a cheap and eco-friendly alternative to conventional fuel.
Vegetable oil ist a pure natural product. The so called bio-diesel (colza-methyl-ester, RME) is based on vegetable oil, but it can only be produced in a high engergy using chemical process.Through the addition of methanol the vegetable oil is loosing a part of its natural character.Bio-diesel is at the end an aggressiv, dissolver like fuel that affects the sensible car-technic and causes damages at motor and attached parts. The allotment of methanol in the bio-diesel causes also a horsepower loss of 6 - 8 %. Because of a higher energy value, vegetable oil doesn’t cause more usage and can even cause less usage with some engines. Furthermore, vegetable oil is more cheap than bio-diesel, because of a less complex manufacturing method.
Technology
Because vegetable oil is more vicious than diesel, the cold start of the engine is done with diesel. Starting the engine is so more easy and protects the engine and the fuel-injection engine. After 2 – 4 kilometres, the vegetable oil is on right temperature and you can switch to run the engine with it.Now the motor is running with pure and heated vegetable oil und you can drive your car with only 59 – 75 Cent / liter instead of 115 Cent / liter.

Financial
With a price of 80 Cent / liter, the convert to vegtable oil is profitable for all cars with a high fuel consumption or for all drivers, that are using theire car for more than 20 kilometers per day.
Diesel can be mixed with vegetable oil in any rate. Especially in winter use, an admixing of up to 20% diesel at a one tank solution is absolutely essential to avoid cold start problems.
Which cars are able to convert?
Nearly all diesel-cars are able to convert (also TDI). Cars with Lucas- and CAV injection pumps and also Common-Rail-engines are suitable.
Service / guarantee
In our garage, we install a 2-tank-system, a high-quality, innovative product to run your cars with pure vegetable oil (for trucks, cars, busses, agricultural engines, tractors, construction machines), in a maximum of one or two days. We also do the TÜV Dekra (for Germany) testing and passing. On all installed parts, we give a guarantee of two years.

We offer you the changeover of your transporter, truck or tractor from diesel-usage to pure vegetable oil usage (rape oil, soja oil and others). The rebuilding contains a complete installation with an additional tank and instruments to use immediately vegetable oil instead of diesel.
For the installation we need 2 – 3 days (it depends on the type of your vehicle). Included is the TÜV-Dekra testing and passing. Because not every type of vehicle is suitable for the installation, it’s necessary that we have a look at the car before. The installation for cars and transporters with 12 volt electrics and up to 15 liter mileage / 100 kilometers is possible for only 1498,- Euro (incl. GST).
Transporters, trucks, tractors, aggregates and construction machines up to 20 liter mileage / 100 kilometres and 12 volt, we changeover for 1699 €.
Transporters, trucks, tractors, aggregates and construction machines up to 30 liter mileage / 100 kilometres and 12 volt, we changeover for 2184 €.
Transporters, trucks, tractors, aggregates and construction machines with more than 30 liter mileage / 100 kilometres and 12 volt, we changeover for 2660 €.
Transporters, trucks, tractors, aggregates and construction machines up to 30 liter mileage / 100 kilometres and 24 volt, we changeover for 2824 €.
Transporters, trucks, tractors, aggregates and construction machines with more than 30 liter mileage / 100 kilometres and 24 volt, we changeover for 3338 €.
